2027 Nclex Review for RN’s and LPN’s

2026 NCLEX REVIEW FOR NURSES

Welcome to the 2026 NCLEX Review for Nurses.

This comprehensive review program is designed to help nursing graduates prepare for the NCLEX by understanding the exam the way it is actually organized—not by randomly jumping from disease to disease or completing thousands of questions without understanding what the NCLEX is testing.

The 2026 NCLEX Test Plan is the blueprint used to guide the development and classification of NCLEX examination questions. This review follows that blueprint and breaks the examination down into its eight Client Needs areas.

YOUR 227-LECTURE NCLEX REVIEW

The program contains 227 structured lessons organized into the eight major areas of the NCLEX:

  1. Coordinated Care / Management of Care
  2. Safety and Infection Prevention and Control
  3. Health Promotion and Maintenance
  4. Psychosocial Integrity
  5. Basic Care and Comfort
  6. Pharmacological Therapies / Pharmacological and Parenteral Therapies
  7. Reduction of Risk Potential
  8. Physiological Adaptation

Students will progress through the program in order so that they can see how nursing content connects directly to the NCLEX blueprint.

THIS IS MORE THAN A CONTENT REVIEW

Knowing nursing facts is important, but passing the NCLEX requires you to know what to do with the information presented in a question.

Throughout this program, you will learn how to:

• Recognize important cues in a patient scenario
• Separate relevant information from distracting information
• Identify the priority problem
• Determine which patient should be seen first
• Choose the safest nursing intervention
• Apply delegation and assignment principles
• Recognize expected versus unexpected findings
• Identify complications and changes in condition
• Understand laboratory values and diagnostic findings
• Apply medication safety principles
• Recognize when immediate intervention is required
• Use clinical judgment instead of simply memorizing facts
• Approach Next Generation NCLEX questions and case studies systematically

CLINICAL JUDGMENT

Clinical judgment is integrated throughout the 2026 NCLEX Test Plan.

Students will practice the six clinical judgment steps:

Recognize Cues
Analyze Cues
Prioritize Hypotheses
Generate Solutions
Take Action
Evaluate Outcomes

These skills are incorporated throughout the review because clinical judgment may be tested through both case studies and individual stand-alone questions.

HOW TO USE THIS COURSE

Do not rush through the 227 lessons simply to say that you finished them.

Follow the lessons in order.

Listen carefully.

Complete the accompanying worksheets and notes.

Learn the vocabulary.

Pay attention to NCLEX clues, priority words, safety concerns, expected findings, abnormal findings, medications, laboratory values, complications, and nursing interventions.

Then complete the assigned practice questions and review the rationales—including the rationale for questions you answered correctly.

The goal is not simply to memorize the correct answer.

The goal is to understand WHY the answer is correct and WHY the other choices are incorrect.

FOR FIRST-TIME AND REPEAT TEST TAKERS

Whether this is your first NCLEX attempt or you are preparing to retest, begin this program with a fresh approach.

If previous studying consisted mainly of question banks, memorization, videos, notes, or jumping between multiple review programs, this course is designed to give your studying structure.

You are no longer studying random nursing information.

You are studying according to an organized NCLEX framework.

YOUR GOAL

By the end of this review, you should be able to look at an NCLEX question and ask:

What is this question actually testing?

Which Client Needs category does this represent?

What cues matter?

What is the priority?

What is the safest nursing action?

What would the NCLEX expect an entry-level nurse to recognize or do?

That change in thinking is one of the most important goals of this program.

Complete the program in order, take your time, use your worksheets, review your rationales, and continue strengthening weak areas as you progress.

Welcome to your 2026 NCLEX Review.

Let’s get started.
